Initiate Your Request
Log into your ALV Luxe Vault account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.
Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all authenticity cards, dust bags, and protective materials are included to maintain item integrity.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid luxury courier label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
